Naomi Fernandez is a seasoned financial specialist with over eight years of experience in the financial services industry, spanning roles in banking, compliance, and investment operations. She began her career in 2016 at Samsung Electronics Mexico, where she worked on strategic projects aimed at enhancing sales performance and operational efficiency. In 2017 she joined INVEX Bank, Mexico, where she managed portfolios of financial instruments, executed international transactions, and supported investment strategies. In 2021, she moved to Malta and joined Alter Domus as a Compliance Officer, focusing on regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and investor onboarding and transactions. Naomi Fernandez holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master’s in Financial Economic Engineering from La Salle University (Mexico), as well as an MBA from the London School of Commerce (Malta).

In December 2024, Naomi joined Bridge as a Consultant, where her strong financial and regulatory background enables her to support clients with tailored, compliance-driven insights and contribute to the delivery of strategic advisory services across regulatory and operational areas.
