Laura has gained her experience in the financial services industry working for one of the biggest construction companies in Colombia as Financial Coordinator for seven years. After moving to Malta, she continued developing her career within the financial sector and joined the Malta Financial Services Authority where she formed part of the Banking Supervision Team, authorising licenses for Financial Institutions. In 2023, Laura left the Authority and started working for a reputable Maltese Credit Institution, Sparkasse Bank Malta. Having experienced both the regulatory side and the commercial side of the financial sector is fundamental when advising clients in the industry. In 2024, Laura joined Bridge as a Consultant, where she contributes with her financial background and experience on the regulatory field to the skillset of the team. Laura is also a Financial Engineer and holds a Masters in Finance and Capital Markets.
