Ivan Isola

Lead Consultant

Ivan Isola is a Certified Public Accountant, Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants and a Member of the International Compliance Association. He holds a B.A. (Hons) degree in Accountancy from the University of Malta and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Manchester. Ivan also holds an International Diploma in Anti Money Laundering from the International Compliance Association and a Practising certificate in Auditing. Before setting up his own practice, Ivan spent over nine years within the audit department of KPMG where he was responsible to manage a portfolio of local and international credit institutions. Ivan also held the roles of Chief Financial Officer for a credit institution and Chief Executive Officer positions with two electronic money institutions. Through his own practice, Ivan has over the past four years been servicing the internal audit function of a number of financial institutions. His vast experience in starting and leading payments institutions underlines his expertise as an advisor.
